Everyday life can cloud our true being. Family, work, and world events place endless demands on our energy, leaving us drained, anxious, or discouraged. As these stresses mount, we may lose our center, our enthusiasm, or even our direction.
A Bach flower consultation offers a way to return to balance—not by forcing change, but by recognizing what is present and restoring the conditions that allow your natural state to re-emerge.
At the heart of this work is the understanding, first articulated by Edward Bach, that emotional and physical imbalance arise when we are out of harmony with our deeper Self.

"Within each one of us lies a divine blueprint for our life.
We each have a plan and a purpose;
our Soul knows exactly why we are here."
-Nancy Buono, BFCP
A Bach Flower Consultation is a gentle, confidential conversation designed to help you recognize your current emotional state and select specific Bach flower remedies to support balance, clarity, and inner steadiness.
These consultations are not based on diagnosis or labels.
They are based on understanding how you are responding to life right now.
In a session, we look at your experience as a living, responsive system—one that includes mind, body, and spirit—and identify what is needed to restore alignment.
Each Bach flower consultation is guided by what is present in the moment.
Together, we identify:
During your session, Nancy listens deeply, helping you to recognize your current state.
From this, a personalized combination of Bach flower remedies is selected.
This process often brings a natural sense of recognition and relief, as what you are experiencing is accurately seen and supported.
Through this process, you’ll learn to:
The Bach system is rooted in a simple but exacting principle:
That emotional and physical imbalance arise when we are out of harmony with our deeper Self.
This is not metaphorical. It is a practical understanding that the human being is guided by an inner organizing principle—what Dr. Edward Bach referred to as the Soul.
A Bach flower consultation works at this level—helping you recognize:
From there, the path forward becomes clear.
The Bach flower remedies are a system of 38 natural essences, each corresponding to a specific emotional state.
In a Bach flower remedies consultation, the remedies are selected based on what you are experiencing now—not on past history or fixed categories.
They are:
Rather than suppressing symptoms, the remedies support your system in returning to its natural state of stability and clarity.
